Daily Physical Activity

To supplement your child’s physical education within school, it is recommended that they undertake an additional 30 minutes of physical activity daily. This can vary from bouncing on a trampoline in the garden to training with your swimming team. Each week we will be supplying a range of different activities you can undertake to help keep you and your children active at home, in the garden or even in the local community.

Yoga is a great way for children to develop their flexibility whilst raising their heart rate. Cosmic kids is a free resource that can be used through youtube and is guided yoga through an engaging story and is suitable for all ages.
